FAILED TRANSACTION

We have a number of failed transactions on a regular basis. The majority of them appear to be due to a  postcode/zip code error.

The error occurs when the postcode/zip code entered does not match the registered postcode/zip code held by the bank for your card.

In the vast majority of cases where this error occurs checking the postcode/zip code resolves the issue.
