Increased postage charges

Unfortunately due to an increase in items being 'lost' or 'stolen we have had to change postage costs and the service we use for delivery. As of 4th August 2019 we are now sending ALL items tracked in an attempt to provide a better service to customers and ensure that less items are being 'lost'.

We apologise for this, but having subsumed a large number of losses over the past 12 months, not to mention the inconvenience for our customer and for our volunteers, we do not believe we have any other option. The prices we are charging are based on UK royal mail tracked rates.

We are still seeking alternative methods of postage and will endeavour to get as cheap a price as possible.
