You really went over and above with your customer service. You made me aware of the delays, kept in touch with me by phone and even fixed the mistake I made by ensuring the invoice wasn't in the box. It is very rare to have such high quality service and I really appreciate that you took the time to do this during your extremely busy schedule. I couldn't rate you more highly! 10/10 would purchase and support you again!
